| |  | Thomas Mead is the Executive Vice President of The Cardinal Newman Society. Previously he was a partner at the public affairs firm Strategic Advocacy, co-founded and served as Executive Director of Americans for a Strong Defense, co-founded a state think tank, and managed several high profile projects at The Heritage Foundation, including serving as Missile Defense Program Manager, Editor of the monthly Insider newsletter, managing editor of the biennial The Guide to Public Policy Experts, and co-editor of The Directory of Public Policy Organizations. In addition, Mr. Mead has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including two state think tanks, a state Right to Life organization, and most recently the Missionaries of Our Lady of Divine Mercy. He earned his Bachelors degree at Canisius College and an MBA at The George Washington University. |
