(10/3/08) Kmiec's book: Can a Catholic Support Him? Asking the Big Question about Barack Obama
Pepperdine Law Chair in Constitutional Law Doug Kmiec, a staunch supporter of pro-abortion Barack Obama’s presidential bid, spoke on October 2, 2008 at Marywood University in Scranton Pennsylvania, according to the Times Tribune. Kmiec made headlines several times this year by presenting himself as a Catholic, pro-Life Republican who supports Obama for president. Despite Barck Obama’s strong pro-abortion voting record, Kmiec argues that Catholics can legitimately vote for him. Kmiec’s book Can a Catholic Support Him? Asking the Big Question about Barack Obama, was published on September 17, 2008. Source: The Scranton Times Tribune
