Today, January 29, upon learning of the death of Dr. Ralph McInerny, The Cardinal Newman Society (CNS) expressed its grief and condolences for his family and friends.“Dr. McInerny was truly a legend in the world of Catholic higher education, preserving the flame of fidelity to the Church for a new generation of Catholic students,” said Patrick J. Reilly, CNS president. “He was also a role model for Catholic professors everywhere.
