Thomas More College of Liberal Arts Students Imbibe English Catholic Patrimony
(8/27/08) "Studying the thinkers of the Catholic Revival brought to the forefront the vibrant unity of Catholicism . . ."
Studies moved to England this summer for a handful of Thomas More College of Liberal Arts students. They sat for lectures on great Catholic thinkers at Chesterton’s library in Oxford and visited sites of importance to English Catholicism, especially places associated with the life and times of John Henry Cardinal Newman. Recent Thomas More graduate Anna Maria Mendell commented, “Studying the thinkers of the Catholic Revival brought to the forefront the vibrant unity of Catholicism and the intellectual life in a way that was inspiring.” Source: ThomasMoreCollege.edu
