CUA Updates Campus Speaker Policy

(9/15/08)  No candidates may speak on campus during an election season.

Last Wednesday, The Catholic University of America officially updated its policy on political speakers. In addition to banning candidates from speaking on campus during election seasons, CUA also prohibits politicians from speaking who have a public position opposed to the teaching of the Catholic Church, unless the university president grants special permission.
