Newman Society Files Amicus Brief on Upholding Ministerial Exception – 8th Circuit Court of Appeals

The Cardinal Newman Society joined an amicus brief at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in the case InterVarsity Christian Fellowship v. University of Iowa, urging the court to uphold InterVarsity’s ministerial exception in response to a religious discrimination lawsuit.
