‘We will help you pay for college… on one condition’
Over the years, I’ve heard many parents and grandparents agree to help their kids and grandkids pay for college on one condition: the student chooses to attend a Newman Guide Recommended college.
“You can choose any college you’d like to attend—as long as it’s in The Newman Guide,” said Terry Dennelly, husband and father from Long Island, New York. This allows a variety of options, while assuring Terry and his wife, Tina, that their children attend an authentically Catholic college and can grow in their faith during their college years.
Dennelly’s daughter recently graduated from Benedictine College, had a wonderful experience, and even met her husband at BC. His sons are currently attending Ave Maria University and University of Mary and are very happy. His fourth child is navigating the college search.
