Faithful Catholic education helps students listen to God’s word in both study and prayer, leading the young person toward the vocation that God invites them to: single life, marriage, the priesthood, or religious life. Historically most men and women in the United States who become priests or religious have attended Catholic schools or were homeschooled in a Catholic home. Virtuous and admirable graduates are a sure sign of a healthy Catholic education.
